She understands the nuances and challenges of organisational operations, having had more than 25 years of experience in the areas of engineering, human resources and leadership management honed from her years in IHS Markit Global, Intel Technology and Hitachi.

Siti Saljura started her career as Intern in MDEC, formerly known as Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) in Aug 1999, and being absorbed as Executive in Feb 2000. In 2006, she began her career journey as HR practitioner, and in a span of 15 years, she has covered all HR functions namely recruitment, compensation & benefits, training, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations & industrial relations.

Siti Saljura holds a degree in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia.

Ming Lee is currently the International Benefits Reward Partner in Roche. Ming Lee has a deep understanding of the rewards landscape and is responsible for designing and implementing Roche’s rewards programs across the Asia Pacific region. She works closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure that the programs are aligned with the company's business objectives and competitive in the market.

She has also been an early adopter of the Agile Transformation and delivered rewards and recognition initiatives within the Malaysian Pharmaceutical affiliate where she co-created with the business, organizational rewards strategies with the leadership team to support the organizational transformation in delivering the business purpose with agility and customer centricity.

Ming Lee brings 13 years of experience in the Benefits, Compensation and HR field, including almost 6 years at Roche. Ming Lee brings a passion for Benefits and PR&R topics, and an enthusiasm for learning.

Victor Phang is the Digital Business Director and co-founder of WorkSmartly Pte Ltd. He has won various awards for his entrepreneurship, including the Asia Pacific International Honesty Enterprise Award and Asia Pacific Top Emerging Entrepreneurs Award in 2011. Prior to this, Victor worked in Product and Marketing Management roles at Panasonic and Samsung Malaysia, receiving awards for his contributions.
