2008 - 2011
iTalent Management was founded by Mr. Victor Phang with a simple vision in mind of "maximising talents" by ensuring they are recognised and performed to their full potential. During the initial stage, iTalent Management started as a HR Outsourcing company with only 3 employees and was specialising only in payroll management.
We celebrated our first milestone when iTalent Management was awarded the Manpower Outsourcing Service Contract by Samsung & Mitsubishi Malaysia in 2009, followed by LG & Sony Malaysia in 2010. By year-end of 2010, iTalent Management expanded operations with over 30 staff to support the ongoing demand. With the goal of delivering value-added service to our customers, the e-recruitment was added and we've managed to also launch our e-Leave system and e-Payslip system in early 2011 to increase efficiency and to expedite Human Resource Management processes.
2013 - 2014
Certification & Going Digital
iTalent Management marked another milestone in 2013, it was a certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Standard compliant company. In the same year, we invested and launched iTalent@sky, the 1st Generation cloud-based HR System in Malaysia, making us the pioneer in the industry, with the aim to manage workforce and payroll efficiently and connect with employees anytime, anywhere.
In 2014, we were certified as Ethical Business Partner by The Ethical Alliance. Then, another great success, by obtaining the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certification that observes a stringent adherence to the international standard for Information Security Management System. Later that year, receiving more accolades by Outsourcing Malaysia for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and the MSC HR Innovation Award by Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management.
2015 - 2018
Growth & Expansion within the SEA region
By 2015, it was inevitable, iTalent Management a.k.a iTalentPro grew further by expanding to Singapore, in conjunction with the launch of Digital Teamwork, the 2nd Generation cloud-based HR System with end-to-end HR Solutions and further with the launch of the 1st Generation Mobile HR Application in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store. And was then later awarded for BPO Project of the Year by Asia Pacific ICT.
In 2016, iTalent Management (iTalentPro) expanded to the Philippines and even managed to launch the 3rd Generation Digital HR System. Prompting awards for the 20 Most Promising HR Technology and Bronze Winner HR Vendor of the Year in Malaysia in 2016 and the Silver Winner Best HR System Excellence in HR Through Technology in Singapore and awarded as the Gold Winner for Best HR Vendor of the Year in both Malaysia and Singapore in the year 2017. This created more opportunities to expand to Indonesia by 2018.

2019 - Current
Rebranding & Evolution of Technology
In 2019, iTalent Management (iTalentPro) expanded to Vietnam and rebranded from iTalent Management (iTalentPro) to WorkSmartly Digital to focus on the next level Digital People Management in the workplace while further strengthening the branding to align with this new mission.
In 2020, everyone was impacted by the news of the pandemic and when the "new normal" came into place, this created opportunity to improve on HR experience during this challenging time, with that WorkSmartly Digital decided to launch the 4th Generation Digital HR System called WorkSmartly Q-Series, the new system main purpose is to integrate a people-connected solution both for personal and work purpose with the ingredients of Fast, Friendly and Fun Digital HR Solution. In conjunction with the WorkSmartly Q-Series launch, “WorkSmart Q” mobile app , the 2nd Generation Mobile HR Application launched in Apple App Store, Google Play Store & Huawei App Gallery.
